Operation procedure of chain electric hoist ( include operational test)-----Operation procedure and attention points.
Operational test:
Press the down button directly, the crane will go down until the limit spring hits the limit switch. The motor shuts off automatically at this moment.
Press the up button directly until the chains are fully took back to the chain bag and the motor stops running. Test the emergency stop switch function, check the lubrication  and direction of the lifting chain.
All the welded joints shall be of the same directions, this action can only be done correctly when all the welded joints are of the same line.

Operational procedure:
The operators must be familiar with environment of the working area before operation, meanwhile, to ensure there are no obstacles around this area.
The operators must check if there are potential security issues of the whole working area before operation.
Operators should be careful when driving trolley, to avoid the lateral counterforce which caused by swing of the heavy weights exceeds the loading of the trolley.

Attention points:  Ensure the proper usage of the slings before doing any operations; The lifting rope should be in an exact position on the hoisting objects and the safety piece must be stick to the hook properly.
The lifting object can be hoisted directly if it has a good handle on risk. Do not operate fast and intermittently but stably and accurately.Try to avoid making immoderate jog up and down operation.
Make sure the motor has stopped completely before doing the reverse operation. The controller cable and the hook should be in a vertical and motionless state, please donot make it sway or tilt and slide.
Even load distribution and close to the center in order to assure the balance of the loading when hoisting. Do not lift when the loading out of balance.
Check the chain at regular intervals, please donot operate the electric hoist if it is damaged. Please donot lift when the chain is tangled. Donot overload.
