1.Do not use when overloaded or when the weight of the object is unclear.

3.Lifting is prohibited when the work site is dim and the site and objects being lifted cannot be clearly seen.

5.When the heavy object approaches or reaches the rated load,a small height and short stroke trial lifting should be conducted first,and then the lifting should be carried out at a small height.During the lifting operation,the hook should not be in the low working position.The steel wire rope on the drum must retain at least 3 safety rings.
7.Do not dismantle or modify the safety device of the electric hoist.
8.If there is any abnormal noise from the electric hoist during use,the procedure of first stopping operation,then checking,troubleshooting,and then running should be followed.
9.Must obey the command of the on-site commander.
10.Personnel entering the site must wear necessary security equipment such as safety helmets and shoes.
11.Construction workers must strictly follow the operating procedures for electric hoists and shall not operate in violation of regulations.
12.Before lifting,it is necessary to carefully check the ropes,ropes,fixtures,etc.used for lifting,and they should meet the lifting requirements without any errors before lifting.
13.The signal issued by the commander at the lifting site must be clear and clear,and all operators must obey the command,concentrate their thoughts during the operation,and strictly prevent accidents caused by carelessness.
14.There must be a dedicated safety officer in the lifting area responsible for on-site supervision of safe construction.
15.Set up warning signs in the construction area,set up warning lines,and prohibit unrelated personnel from entering the dangerous area below the lifting.
