First stop: Packaging Inspection Zone
The first thing that catches the eye is the standardized packing area. Before each electric hoist is packed and shipped, it undergoes a fourth comprehensive full-function power-on test here—covering core working conditions such as lifting, operation, and braking. Only after passing the inspection can it proceed to the packaging process. More notably, each device is assigned a unique serial number, with high-definition factory photos and complete inspection records archived simultaneously. This enables full traceability of production, testing, and logistics throughout the supply chain, ensuring every customer purchases with confidence and operates with peace of mind.

Second stop: Machining Area
Entering the workshop, we arrive at the core production area—the machining zone. Here, supported by the CNN CNC machining center and equipped with high-precision tools and intelligent programming systems, key components of the undergo meticulous cutting, grinding, and drilling. This ensures operational stability and service life after assembly, reflecting Ulide's commitment to quality.

Third Stop: Trial Lifting Inspection Zone
Here, a test platform is constructed to simulate real working conditions, conducting comprehensive tests on the core performance indicators of electric hoists, such as lifting speed, braking sensitivity, and load-bearing stability, through varying weights of load testing. Only products that pass multiple rigorous tests, including continuous start-stop cycles and extreme load conditions, with confirmed fault-free operation and compliance with performance standards, can proceed to the next stage. This ensures that every device delivered to customers operates efficiently.

Stop 4: Electrical Assembly Area
After passing the trial hoisting inspection, the equipment will be transported to the electrical assembly area. Workers strictly follow standardized procedures to assemble core electrical components such as contactors and transformers. All electrical parts are selected from high-quality industry brands, and power-on tests are conducted simultaneously during the assembly process to ensure the reliability and safety of the equipment's electrical system, providing a solid foundation for stable operation in subsequent phases.

Stop Five: Product Sample Room
The final stop of the visit was the sample room, where Ulide's core products were displayed. Here, a complete series of electric hoist models were neatly arranged, covering customized products with varying lifting capacities and heights. Additionally, various types of lifting clamps were showcased, suitable for hoisting items such as steel plates, oil drums, and stone materials. This intuitively demonstrated Ulide's R&D capabilities and product matrix in the lifting equipment sector, facilitating clients in selecting appropriate products based on their specific needs.
